5. Ability to work well within a team
6. Ability to be a self-starter
7. Ability to drive design to a close (i.e. issue management, dependencies, risk etc…)
8. Ability to lead design sessions
9. Ability to create sequence diagrams
10. Previous work in the Middleware domain
11. Telecommunications experience
