Dear Sir, I think that ethics can be enforced by the other stakeholders
other than the management and the employees. By other stakeholders are those
that exist outside the organization- the customers, the suppliers, the
Investors and Lenders, the Public at large and the Regulators.
There is also the need to have strong law enforcement and the fear of
stringent punishments for willful offenders.
