Re: [MTC Global] Can Ethics be enforced ?

Dear All,

In my opinion, ethics can be enforced if the top management of an
organization is willing and serious about ethical behavior of all its
employees. They should set an example of ethical behavior and evolve a
code of conduct which should be enforced. It is the responsibility of
the top management to ensure that ethical standards are followed since
unethical practices are like cancer that would ultimately finish the
organization.
