Job Description:
Image Deployments 2. Installation, configuration and maintenance of OS, System and Applications 3. Analytical skills on Software, Hardware and Network (LAN is sufficient) related troubleshooting 4. VOIP and PBX Support 5. Vendor Coordination 6. Configuring and Troubleshooting email clients (Outlook) 7. Patch Management 8. IMAC 9. Printer Support and Management 10. Incident handling / Management, Service Requests Handling 11. Rolling out Desktops, Laptops and mobile devices 12. Dispatch management 13. Handheld devices Management 14. Performing Data/Software cleanup prior to Asset disposal 15. POS Support
End User Compute Engineer – Level L2 Added Advantage: 1. Scripting 2. Experience in managing Video Conferencing and Web Conferencing 3. Familiarity with Active Directory group policy and (creating AD groups and deploying group policy)
