Sr. Net Developer

12+ Months

 

Project:

Team will be working on migrating applications to new servers.  Will be working under the direction of IT Operations Architect.

 

Daily activities:

·         Attend standup(s), discuss open work with team(s)

·         Coding – Use Visual Studio to modify .Net web apps, console apps, and web services to conform to current security, logging, and config management practices.

·         Create automated tests – Use MSTest, PowerShell, TestComplete, and other tools to develop automated unit/integration tests.

·         Configure automated deployments – Use GOCD and other tools to automate deployment.

·         Working on dependency mapping and system analysis

·         working with many different teams – will need high collaboration with low communication overhead.

·         Heavy interaction with other development teams

 

Requirements

·         C#, VB.Net, WebForms and/or ASP Net MVC, at least some web services (ASMX, WCF, Web API)

·         SQL Server

·         Unit testing and/or other test automation
