Job Title               Systems Analyst – HP Exstream

 

Technical/Functional Skills        

•             HP Exstream application development from scratch and maintenance

•             Data mapping, different types of driver files, data sections

•             Creation of documents, design of pages, concept of design objects like text box, table, automated table features

•             Output queues, barcodes, sorting and bundling, search keys

•             Engine switches, debugging error messages from engine

 

Roles & Responsibilities             

•             Work with the customer IT & business teams to enable a 24X7 application support environment and manage the enhancements on these applications

•             Liase with the offshore teams to manage enhancements and support activities in a global delivery model

•             Perform production support,  maintenance and enhancements

•             Customer interaction and requirement gathering

•             Design Document walkthrough

•             Production implementation support

•             Offshore coordination and status reporting

•             Ensure the compliance to agreed service levels

•             Strong problem solving skills

•             Ability to think analytically

•             Detail oriented

•             Strong documentation skills
