Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Chennai is pleased to host the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON FINANCIAL MARKETS AND CORPORATE FINANCE (ICFMCF 2016) during 12–13th, August, 2016. The other academic partners are Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur; Department of Industrial & Management Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum to showcase the cutting edge research in the area of financial markets and corporate finance. The conference provides an excellent avenue to get quality feedback and an opportunity for networking among researchers, academicians and industry executives working in the area of finance and allied areas. The contributors and participants would be a mixture of faculty members, research scholars and industry practitioners from India and abroad. We expect 150 researchers from academic institutions in India, 25 from abroad and 25 from industry to participate in the Conference.

Submissions covering studies in the context of India and Emerging Markets are greatly encouraged. Contributions on other relevant topics focusing on contemporary issues are also welcome.
