Position: Sales force Technical Architect (SFDC )

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: 6+months

Description:

• Present a deep understanding of Salesforce products, releases and roadmap in discussions with customer key stakeholders & decision makers. 
  
• Design functional, systematic and integration detailed architectures. 
  
• Assess Source Data Systems and analyze data elements that needs to be Integrated 
  
• Create Data Migration Strategy 
  
• Actively participate in implementation planning meetings 
  
• Provide high level as well as low level estimates, high level solutions and help with RFPs 
  
• Drive & demonstrate  Prototypes to  stakeholders 
  
• Conduct walkthroughs & get sign-offs on architecture, design and deliverables 
  
• Drive standardization  of design across customer's businesses. 
  
• Work & guide offshore development & support teams on technical matters & troubleshooting 
  
• Facilitate & lead techno-functional discussion with Salesforce.com professional services 
  
• Drive improvements in development process, templates, frameworks & accelerators Background/ Critical skills 
  
• 10-12 years of total IT experience 
  
• 5+ years  experience in Salesforce Architecture / design 
  
• Should have extensive experience configuring and implementing Salesforce.com application. 
  
• Should have excellent customer facing skills acquired through an onsite solution architecting role 
  
• Should  have deep technical knowledge of SFDC, and SOA integration 
  
• Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills coupled with strong market driven orientation
