It may be due to fear of out of market in knowledge at par with else where in the world. Everybody in this field is not competitive at world level. Just by telling globalize one can not get knowledge. One should have all the resources to be competitive at the world level in order to be called as globalized education institution.
However one should try to become THE BEST.
