Dear Goel Sir,
My point is at present condition continues, even in future India does not change in the attitude of people towards education, woman and other vulnerable population. Recollect Vyapam scam and its witnesses, Nirbhaya case, tribals of Orissa and Jharkhand. If we read news paper there are more scams and crimes than something good is happening (to the extent it is due to biased media?). We gave to the world thousands of years back knowledge (quotes) like 'Yatra nAryasthu pUjyante ramante tatra devatah', 'nahi jnAnEna sadrisham' and 'vidyA dadAti vinayaM, vinayAdyAti pAtratAM pAtratvAddhanamApnoti, dhanAddharmaM tataH sukhaM'.
This shows that we have knowledge, awareness and consequences of behaviour. But what we do not have is the attitude. in epics, Ravana, Vaali, Drona and Ashwathama had knowledge, awanreness and consequences of their behaviour. But not the attitude.every effort to change these attitude failed in the history. Same is our condition.

Man is borne with divine qualities like love, honesty, cooperation etc. But the attitude is developed through the culture and type of education and training, especially mind training one gets. Hence one finds mix of good and bad in all societies. It is but natural and society is affected by outcomes.
Depending upon the faith, the path changes. In Hindus, there is a concept of God and Goddesses like Adam and Eve in Christains, Prakriti and Purush. We have many Godesses like Laxmi for wealth, Sarswati for Vidya, Durga and Kali for destroying the Asuras (enemies of humanity). etc. It is stated in Veda that Gods reside where women are respected. India has produced many strong women like Zanshi ki Rani, Ahilyabai Holkar, Chandbibi, Sharda Ma, Kasturba, Indira Gandhi, Pratibhatai Patil, etc. India is one of the rarest of the rare countries where women have occupied top positions like PM, LS President, Ministers, CMs, etc.
Hence the statement "In India the only women that sends chill and fear in men is Durga and Kali. All others can be raped, burnt alive and repressed. Cheers." is not a befitting statement. Please note women are not there for sending chill and fear in men but both male and female are the inseparable part of the universe. By virtue of our artificial life and self-interest (or pleasure), without regard to status of a country-developed, developing or underdeveloped, abuse takes place for which we human beings are responsible and not our ideals.

Dear friends,Good morning.See the Govt.'s priority for education.==========================================================--For years, there's only been one passenger waiting at the Kami-Shirataki train station in the northernmost island of Hokkaido, Japan: A high-school girl, on her way to class.
