Re: [MTC Global] Richard Branson on 'Modernizing Education'

With due respect to all intellects, let me share my following views on this.

Many times whatever we are trying to invent and feel alas! happens to be the past history. Due to our ignorance, we were not exposed to it, that is why we feel that they are new. In such cases, only history can help knowing things if they were already in use. So, without history there is no proper / actual growth.

Even the physical, mental and ecological conditions on which we need to work / do business now are dependent mostly on past. Hence, history is inevitable. Its my humble opinion.

Sir Richard as always makes an important point .

However I don't think the two are mutually exclusive .. good education should facilitate both .
