Something happened on Good Friday. When Christ died, the veil of the
temple was torn asunder. That spelt the end of human intermediaries
between us and God. Now I have Christ and need no prophets.
As for all the self-declaring bishops, apostles, wise men and
prophets, let the tares and the wheat grow own together. If you know
them not by their fruits, pray for discernment. But I know that even
television histrionics will pass, and Christ endures.
