USG direct client is looking for Business Analyst at RALEIGH , NC

 

 Competencies:  Visio

 

Experience: (Years) 10+

 

Essential Skills:

 

·         Visio, MS Office. Conduct interview workshops with business stakeholders and create Functional and non-functional requirements specifications.

·         Convert functional requirements to System requirements, help business users in conducting Acceptance testing.

·         Liaise with Quality, Regulatory and Architecture stakeholders and build business case for new projects.

·         Analyse existing Business process and determine gaps/painpoints.

·         Conduct system risk analysis and develop mitigation plans.

·         Knowledge of Pharma drug developments processes and domain with focus on Clinical Data Management.

·         Exposure to GxP validated systems including GxP risks analysis.

·         Knowledge of CDISC standards would be an advantage.

·         Exposure to working in an onsite-offshore model will be advantageous
