USG direct client is looking for Project Manager at Monterey Park, CA

JD below:

 

•           Overall 10+ years of IT experience of which minimum 5+ years in Project Management

•           experience in Project Intake process

•           Experience in working with banking domain with Credit risk and Market risk experience is must

•           experience working on vendor SOWs for various needs

•           experience working in Onsite / Offshore model

•           expertise in managing project budgets

•           expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies

•           experience in resource allocation and manage resource time and availability

•           understanding project objectives

•           representing the client's or organization's interests

•           organizing the various professional people working on a project

•           carrying out risk assessment and management

•           making sure that all the aims of the project are met

•           making sure the quality standards are met

•           monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained

•           overseeing the accounting, costing, billing and invoicing

•           very good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering

•           proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector

•           solid background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

•           excellent Business / client-facing and internal communication skills

•           excellent written and verbal communication skills

•           solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

•           using IT systems to keep track of people and progress

•           strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Microsoft Project.

•           PMP certification is a plus.
