Top skills:
- 3-5 years Architect experience required, Must have a strong backing in Security (ideally with Identity Management), SSO experience (ideally within SiteMinder).
- 5+ years of experience architecting and deploying enterprise level technology projects for large, geographically dispersed companies.
- Skills in general architecture, operations, and deployment methodologies and techniques (e.g. ITIL).
- Experience with and understanding of Security Architecture, design, development and deployment

Responsibilities:
- Implementation and configuration of IAM solutions
- Design and development of directory services, access management solutions and enterprise single sign-on

Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, solutions and systems - Single Sign On (SSO), API Access Management, Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Federation (SAML, OIDC, OAuth), Kerberos, LDAP / Active Directory / Virtual Directories
- Multi-factor Authentication, Risk-based Authentication, CA Single Sign-On (SiteMinder)
- Understanding of web server (IIS & Apache) authentication and authorization configuration
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to effectively interact with all levels of technology and business partners.
- Experience with the following technologies is a plus - CA Advanced Authentication (Arcot), CA Identity Manager (IdentityMinder), CA API Gateway (Layer7), CA Directory Server, Oracle Adaptive Access Manager, Oracle Directory Server
- IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM), IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI), Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
- Knowledge of Regulatory & Compliance requirements in the financial industry
- Experience with architecture diagrams, modeling and tools including Microsoft Visio
- Experience delivering concurrent, large information management projects at all phases-from project definition through design and delivery
- Ability to build consensus between and lead other technical professionals without direct authority
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Demonstrated thought leader, with an ability to influence and effectively communicate to individuals with varying technical background, across all levels of the organization
- Proven experience with requirements gathering, analysis and recommending well architected infrastructure solutions
