Our client is implementing workday company wide and then will integrate the systems together. We worked on a Workday Developer position. They are seeing a gap in a functional role for this project. They need someone who understands workday from a functional perspective, knows the best practices for setting it up and running it and then actually transitioning it into a running system.
Project would be to come into a production Workday environment and assess how to rapidly improve current pay practices using Workday functionality. Work with Payroll team to understand current Oracle audit procedures and mimic equivalents in Workday. Will take over management of a two person Payroll team to run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payrolls. This will be very hands on. Some travel to Pittsburgh will be required, mostly during initial discovery process
