Subject: Vice President of Cameroon
The PAAWCE request that the position of Vice President of Cameroon be re-instated into the Constitution of Cameroon.
The PAAWCE request that the TWO positions of
1) Prime Minister of West Cameroon and
2) Prime Minister of East Cameroon be re-instated.
In line with the TWO Prime Ministers of West Cameroon & Prime Minister of East Cameroon, the PAAWCE request the following:
1) the present bi-cameral National Assembly in Yaounde be scraped
2) the bi-cameral National Assembly be replaced by TWO Regional Assemblies, one at Garoua and another at Buea.
2a) the National Assembly at Garoua be populated with Parliamentarians of East Cameroon Extraction
2b) the National Assembly at Buea be populated with Parliamentarians of West Cameroon Extraction
3) ONLY the Upper House of Parliament, that is the Senate be located in Yaoundé, the federal capital territory
The PAAWCE request that in ALL Ten (10) Regions formerly Provinces, engage in real democratic elections in the form of gubernatorial elections take place for the election of GOVERNOR of each and every province.
