Location: Irvine, CA,Hartford, Connecticut

Duration: 12+ month

Interview: Phone/ Skype

Note: Visa Copy & ID Proof Mandatory..

 

Qualifications Basic:-    

Ø  Genesys routing strategies using Interaction Routing Designer (IRD) for eServices (email) and Genesys intelligent Work Distribution (iWD for scanned mail and forms)

Ø  These resources will need to work individually and as part of a development team. 

Ø  Excellent verbal communications skills are required.
