Job Description
· A technical developer with strong business application knowledge.
· Acting independently with minimal direction, supports the management team in providing technical consulting and expertise in the development, modification, and implementation of highly complex information systems that conform to MST standards and methodology.
· Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written.
Job Requirement
· 7+ years PeopleTools experience including Application designer, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow .
· Experience using XML Publisher and Integration Broker 7+ years experience with Oracle or another relational database 7+ years SQL and SQR experience.
· Experience with PeopleSoft Security in release 9.0 or higher 7+ years knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM data and data model.
· Experience with PeopleSoft upgrade is a plus.
· Experience reviewing new versions of PeopleSoft and recommending how to use new functionality to solve complex business problems.
· Experience working with external vendors and teams on integration of PeopleSoft with 3rd party applications .
· Ability to Research existing software components and technology, explore design and infrastructure options, and recommend solutions based on customer requirements Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements Proven ability to design, code and unit test highly complex projects Proven ability to identify developmental or design risks and action plans Ability to act as consultant on complex problems
