1. Technology is a commodity today - It can be created , developed , traded , diffused , delivered - but it can never be stored or hoarded. Technology is changing and advancing , traversing across organizations, regions & countries . That is inevitable . 
   

USA became a Superpower with a new knowledge of  ETM - Effective technology Management , also called " Managing technologies effectively " and all leading US companies applied this "Knowledge"  in mid 1980"s and later . USA could get back the lost market shares from Japanese , Koreans & Germans with ETM - effective technology management. 

Startups & Professionals can emulate them.

 In India , today , there is a need for effectively managing the existing technologies , forecast and introduce some useful techniques in every organization .
