Well said Dr Jayasri.

Flair for taking risk, willingness to learn from the failures and a learning mindset are the very much required qualities for young millennials to grow and prosper. But many of them, I am sorry to say that, suffer from either of the following syndromes:
I know everything (IKE)
I don't wish to know anything (IWKA).
Nooyi madam while receiving an award recently was kind enough to share three life lessons,which my young friends should work upon:
Be a student through out your life 
Through yourself in( give 100%) and
Help others to rise

Recently, we had a discussion with an employer from whom we were shocked to note that the industries, especially banking like service sectors are going to be stunned of non-availability of employees having such skills in few years as the younger generation is full of spoon-feeding and as a result they lack practical applications and further needed aforesaid qualities.

       Yes employability is a serious concern today. Dear Sir, I tend to believe that what we call as employability skills are a must have for
anybody as I find that these skills will help self employment most. These are:
1. Communication Skills 2. Selling and Negotiation skills, 3. Number skills, 4.
Information management skills 5. Work and Time Planning skills 6. Self Improvement
Skills. Given these skills one can not only get a job but also keep one. I think that
many of them can be acquired by anyone from a conducive environment and thru' peer to
peer contact. Formal programs may facilitate the learning speeds but the learner need to
be aware of the skills and their importance in getting a job.
