Re: [MTC Global] What are the attributes of an outstanding teacher?

A teacher is a very broad and comprehensive term consisting of whole lot of characters, roles, responsibilities and skill sets. if i say "i am helping someone learn something", I myself cant restrict myself to some/few/any selected/identified role. i became parent, counselor, mentor, reflector, torch bearer, friend, philosopher, guide. I need to have correct mindset and attitude to understand and deliver. how can I decide when my job ends? i think it depends on learning aptitude of learner and environment i have provided.

there is no single and quantified aspect to decide a teacher. I dont know based on this how to describe an outstanding teacher.

I can be a teacher, I cannot strategise to be a good teacher. will I be good, average, outstanding is view of my students.
