Role :  Sr. Business Analyst With  Documentation experience: User Guides, SDD, ICD

Location : Columbia MD

 Duration : 6+Months Contract

Interview : Phone + F2F

 

Need local only as f2f interview is mandatory.

 

Job Description:

·  Under the supervision of a team lead, will participate in multiple phases of the project. The primary responsibility of this role is to solicit, define, and manage requirements and to lead and participate in application integrations

·  The candidate will need to document and report requirements and use cases, mockups and other release documentation.

·  Provide oversight/assistance to technical writers with documentation deliverables

·  Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects

·  Participate in joint application design (JAD) sessions, system related walkthroughs, and overview sessions

Required Skills:

·  This individual should have experience with requirements management and software development methodology and have worked extensively with business users, developers, and quality assurance teams

·  Business analysis experience in identity management, IT, and/or related areas is a plus

·  Possess strong judgment, leadership, communication, diplomacy, collaboration, and organization skills

·  Ability to interact positively and communicate appropriately with team members, customers, and management

·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups of stakeholders

·  Ability to independently, quickly, and efficiently identify and solve technical problems with requirements that may affect a large number of customers

·  Ability to independently develop and provide complete business and technical analysis from occasionally general information

·  Ability to combine strong functional, conceptual and technical knowledge with a strong understanding of customer requirements to offer solutions in a very practical, timely, and efficient manner

·  Strong organizational and communication skills are essential

·  Thorough understanding of the project development life cycle, including but not limited to requirements gathering, prioritization, application analysis, development, testing, documentation, and communication

·  Attention to detail and the ability to work with team members, customers, and management is essential

 

 

Required Experience:

 

·  Technical experience: 4-8 years

·  Documentation experience: User Guides, SDD, ICD

·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio)

·  Knowledgeable in requirements tools (HP Quality Center preferred)

·  Knowledgeable in web applications and security controls

·  Good presentation skills

·  Methodical and detailed oriented

·  Willing to work in a dynamic, changing environment

·  Willing to follow and apply CMMI processes and procedures

·  knowledge of 508 compliance in documentation is a plus

·  Experience in Identity Management System and/or Healthcare systems is a plus
