Job Description

 Skills

·         0+ years of experience in Oracle EBS 11i/R12 with experience in Finance areas across all modules.

·         Extensive experience in 11i/R12 financial modules including FAH and iExpenses.

·         Experience in Purchasing and Order Management  will be added advantage

·         Working Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL programming  Will be added advantage

 

Job Responsibilities

·         Participate in day to day support tasks including analyzing, resolving, and performing root cause analysis of support tickets as per the agreed SLAs.

·         Interact with business users to understand the issues faced by them and propose relevant solutions to their satisfaction.

·         Work and collaborate with Business Users and IT team as part of ticket resolution lifecycle, and CR process lifecycle.

·         Support business users on user testing and acceptance.

·         Work with 3rd-party vendors linked to the existing EBS system for suitable resolution of issues.

·         Monitor and control the bug-fix releases into production through code migration and certification process.

·         Handle any customer issues and escalations at onsite in collaboration with the project offshore teams.

 

Expertise in the following:

·         Excellent understanding of financial accounting functions and processes

·         Oracle EBS Financial systems – GL, AP, AR, AGIS, FA, EBTax, CM, FAH and i-modules

·         Experience in handling business and functional requirements.  Ability to come up with new and better processes and improvements.

·         Testing various processes/component changes and write test scripts for Oracle EBS Financials – This should be desired

·         Familiar with standard testing models; regression, SIT, stress, and other testing – This should be desired
