Job Description
Knowledgeable of configuring and/or developing systems to support initial implementations and subsequent process optimization efforts. Works with IT team members to maintain solutions and ensure systems meet the needs of the global organization in terms of functionality and quality. Provides support to business associates on systems use as needed. Responsible for creating quality software applications. Understands and documents global, regional, and local business processes for a specific business area (e.g., finance, supply chain). Experienced with application pre- and post-installation configuration skills. Experienced in creating automated installation for a wide variety of applications in order to replace user interaction. Experienced with building upgrade/repair installers; writing custom actions and installing dialogs. Knowledgeable on platforms such as Windows XP, Windows 2003 and Linux. Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS) preferred in computer science, information technology or a related discipline.
 
Additional Information:               
*20 years' experience leading large, complex mainframe base platform to modern java based platform
*Strong experience in designing and building large scale Java/ SOA based multi-tiered applications
* Experience in architecting batch bases and online transaction processing applications
* Excellent understanding of integration aspects of hetrogenious applications
* Good experience in working with all the tiers of architecture infrastructure, database, application, UI, network, and security
* Hands on experience in building reference architectures supporting multiple initiatives on large custom software implementation projects
* Deep understanding of mainframe application is a must have
* Experience in working with rules engine, business process management, and content management systems will be nice to have
