Dear All,

Smart cities should adopt three initiatives as mandatory requirements:

• Rooftop Solar with Net-Metering,
  
• Terrace farming should digest all the bio-degradable matter of the residential buildings and 
• Shower water and clothes cleaning water should be diverted to building's soak pit for recycling water for flushing of toilets.
