Re: [MTC Global] suggestions - reg.

Dear Sir ,
Professor Dr.Sudhir Gavhane from Maharashtra, with 33 years university level experience.
Some concrete suggestions are :
1) We must first learn to deploy quality management practices in our own departments and create Benchmark of Department and School Management System ,to provide consultancy to other departments/schools/ colleges/ HEIs.
2) We should have Professional unit or centre to adopt sick units to convert into a profit-making unit by providing Ideas and solutions with direct involvement of our students.
3) We must have Business Incubator in every institution and we must convert innovative business ideas into a businesses by launching StartUp units , with share holdings of students, teachers and institutions & industry persons.
4) We must device a curriculum on MBA ( E-Commerce & Management)
5) We must have Strong R and D Cells and get Petents on Business Management Practices ( BMPs) and Innovative Business Ideas .
6) To promote R and D , we must introduce research Dissertations at BBA and MBA level .
7) Our faculty must be sent to an industry for professional associate ship to understand and learn / unlearn professional knowledge.
These are some suggestions from my side . Actually I am Professor of Mass Communication & Journalism but with interdisciplinary Ph. D. In Newspaper Economics .
