Adapt a system which applies to our Indian Business system rather than western.Make the students to understand the concepts of management and give them the assignments to find relevant Indian cases and solutions.Let the students familiar with both national and international issues and insist them to find the solution for the same. Make strategic implementation based on students capacity and knowledge not for the others.Make the students to be focused what they want to do.student centric approach is the best ,get the feedback from them and implement.
