Job Description
Container based deployments, CHEF, PUPPET, DOCKER, Release engineering and infrastructure automation best practices

Mandatory Skills: CHEF, DOCKER, PUPPET

Responsibilities :
  • Review entire environment and its configurations 
  • Document current and future configuration processes and policies.
  • Release engineering and infrastructure automation best practices
  • Knowledge of Scripting languages, and some knowledge of Java
  • Ability to collect and review logs
  • Communication, and ability to self-learn our environment is key
  • Should know how certs work in the container world.
  • Perform release management activities, ensuring that the project is able to deploy the new automated software reliably and frequently.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of deploying Containers
  • Good knowledge on building the CICD pipeline framework for .NET & Java applications
  • Strong knowledge on Build and Deployment process and tools
  • Strong scripting knowledge
  • Experience with Chef and Docker.
  • Configuration management with Chef, Knowledge of Consul (Service Management) and Redis / Vault

Job Title: Test Lead with POS Consultant 
Duration: 8 months 
# of Positions: 1 
Position Type: Contract  
Location: Seattle (US).

Job Description: 
  • Develop test strategy and test plan 
  • Prepare effort estimation 
  • Schedule for project execution 
  • Prepare test cases and review test cases with stake holders
  • Prepare Test Automation plans
  • Interface with customers for issue resolutions
  • Effective test execution 
Qualifications Basic
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 
Preferred
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Functional Testing in Retail Domain
  • Functional testing of Point of Sales applications. Working experience on multiple PoS platforms preferably Wincor software. This resource will be the single point of contact for the project and should have good communication and coordination skills.
  • Good Unix Knowledge
  • Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle
  • Strong Technical and Analytical skills 
  • Strong Automation scripting knowledge

Job Description
  • Main day to day activities involves Co-ordination and communication.
  • End User computing team provides co-ordination activities for changes such as OS upgrades, browser upgrades, VDI changes etc. that impact End User experience for customer applications.
  • Team co-ordinates with EI and application teams to make sure that the changes are being done as per the timelines defined
  • Team ensures that the QA defects are being addressed by the application teams, and connect the SMEs from EI with application teams.
Skills Required
  • Technical knowledge of Windows OS, Citrix desktop, internet browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox), VDI, all MS office products, Microsoft Access, Skillset requirement keeps changing based on the upgrade being assigned to the team members.
  • Effective Communication.
