Job Description:

 

• Minimum of 5 years of network support work experience with expert knowledge of routing and switching, and possess troubleshooting and triage experience.
• Experience configuring TCP/IP and protocols on network devices, activating/deactivation/testing ports.
• Experience with Cisco IOS.
• Experience with upgrading code on network devices such as Cisco Switches and routers.
• Strong understanding of Networking OSI Model.
• Understanding of Layer 2 switching, VLAN's trunking technologies.
• Experience planning and executing network changes.
• Experience using routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP and OSPF
• Knowledge of wireless network services and protocols.
• Experience managing switches, routers, network taps, load balancers.

·         Experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and metric based reporting
