Experience : 11 years' experience
• Prior ERP implementation and data conversion experience.
• Conversant with understanding complex ERP 3NF models.
• Manufacturing industry background and prior experience is a must.
• Expert SQL skills.
• Good data modeling skills.
• Project & Task Management experience.
• Experience as a team lead in a data conversion or DW or BI project.
• Very good written and verbal communication skills - high interaction with business stream leads and data owners.
• Hands on ETL, DQ, Data Profiling, Data Analysis experience.
• Project architecture & high/low level design experience on data conversion or DW or BI areas.
