Role                 : Data Center Operations Specialist/BI 

 

Location          : Detroit, MI

                                                                                                                           

Duration         : 24+ months

 

 

Job Description:      

 

•Evaluates operational large/integrated application system failures (system breaks, incorrect results achieved)

•Determines if long range solution is required. Recommends modifications to applications to resolve issues

•Responsibility for the impacted application. Analyzes maintenance and monitoring systems output, implements modifications as a result of analysis

•Experience using system monitoring tools (Gomez, Dynatrace, DCRUM)

•Experience with any one application is desired ( Customer Support, IVR, Billing, Payment Processing, Collection, Meter Reading)

•24/7 on call experience in high pressure environment

•Knowledge of Sharepoint

•ITIL Certification Desired
