Re: [MTC Global] What is your educational philosophy?

My educational philosophy is to perform at the best in imparting subject knowledge to my students in most interactive way as that is what I am here for.
To cultivate values related to discipline among my students and to develop self confidence among them. Rest will fall in place.

Education is for life; Art of life should be ultimatum education. So, as far as we live, we should be educating ourselves for excellence in life.

Be it the way of life, be it the way of livelihood, be it the way of love, be it the way for peace, education is needed. Those who are able to realize this are the real educated, not the ones who possess certificates or degrees.

Subject: [MTC Global] What is your educational philosophy?

As a teacher if we reflect on our performance and purpose, can we come out with our own educational philosophy ?

In interview, it is often asked 'What is your educational philosophy? '

It would be interesting to explore individual educational philosophy and see whether such belief resonates with other.
