SKILLS - MAJORITY REQUIRED:
· Develop and document functional requirements working with SME, IT staff and other stakeholders.
· Experience writing test scripts to verify system meets business requirements.
· Develop use case scenarios
· Gather and document requirements
· Interview subject matter experts
· Respond to customer requests (verbally and in writing)
· Strong verbal communications skills with ability to clearly present information and ideas to groups of ten or more managers and/or staff.
· Applications Development
· Effective use of source code control system
· Extensive detailed documentation skills.
SKILLS - ALSO CONSIDERED:
· Working directly with business users
· Application Development and design experience using Visual Studio 2010/2012 in a complex multi-platform environment
· Business process Modeling
· Knowledge of web services, windows services, public facing web apps.
· SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
