Job Description:
- Create test design, test plan, detailed test cases and build effective test strategy to test complex on-demand and integration applications.
- Perform functional testing and document test results
- Plan, design, create, document, implement and maintain test scripts
- Participate and contribute to product code reviews
- Participate in product and feature design with developers and product owners
- Diagnose, triage and manage quality issues to resolution
- Communicate the QA progress to the key stakeholders
Required Technical Skills/Experience:
- 7+ years' experience in quality engineering (data-driven, functional testing)
- Good functional knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R
- 4+ years hands on experience on Oracle Financials R12 release
- Solid understanding of AR, AP, PO and GL modules
- Experience in multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, LINUX)
- Experience with Databases SQL, PL/SQL

Job Description
- More than 8 years of experience working in all phases of the SDLC in large-scale enterprise IT environments.
- Very fluent in Spotfire - build visualizations in collaboration with customer
- Identify visualizations best suited for the data
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL background - should be able to massage data to make it Spotfire-friendly
- Will be expected to do some source-system analysis and write PL/SQL code to create input tables for Spotfire
- Strong communication skills. This position is embedded in the Business and will be very customer interaction intensive
- Familiarity with Hive and HDFS will be added bonus
Experience in Analytics:
- Exposure to Analytics tools like R and SPSS
- Ability to design and implement analytics solutions
- Build prototype and implement algorithms via Hadoop and over hundreds of terabytes of data
- Ability to mine structured as well as unstructured data (including Text Mining) using statistical tools
- Demonstrable ability to communicate complex concepts to business audiences
