Sr. Devops Consultant with Java & Chef
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 06+ Month contract
Client Note:

Need a very senior hands on devops resource with Java, chef and strong architecture background  

Need someone that can just take it and run with it if client manager wasn't there

Need someone with a developer (Java..) background

Need a DevOps type of person

·         Strong Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming

·         Experience with Systems Integration

·         Experience with Event Driven Architectures

·         Chef capable

·         Infrastructure as code DNS, Load Balancer, Certificates, Firewalls

·         Physical/L2/L3 experience

·         Data center and SDN experience a bonus

·         Design Patterns (Gamma et. Al)

·         CQRS and Event Sourcing experience (Read and watched suggested material - minimum)

·         Enterprise integration patterns

·         Configuration Management and Software Deployment Automation

·         Openstack

·         Ubuntu / RHEL Administration and Automation

·         Strong Test Driven Development, Continuous Delivery, Pair programming

·         Experience with Systems Integration

·         Infrastructure as Code

·         Monitoring and Logging

·         Chef

·         Java 1.7

·         Maven

·         JavaScript esp AngularJS

·         Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data

·         Axon Framework (Eventing Architecture)
