· The Informatica Application Developer role is to design and implement BI/ETL solutions and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses.
· This position will develop, enhance, and support Informatica workflows and processes using Informatica Power Center for the extraction and translation of data in a UNIX and Oracle database environment.
· Will also have responsible for Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development and performance tuning database packages, triggers and complex queries for Application/Data Warehouse environments.
· The developer selected for this assignment will work closely with business partners, business analysts, and systems analysts to understand requirements and expectations to achieve quality technical solutions.
· They will be able to determine how existing applications, systems, databases, interfaces and hardware can work together to meet new and emerging enterprise initiatives.
· They will participate in requirements, design and coding walkthroughs to ensure the development of quality solutions and understand complex business/technical problems and opportunities and identify potential application solutions.
