Job Description:

Desirable Skills:

·         Experience eliciting and developing business and system requirements.

·         Experience in the elicitation and formal management of requirements for multiple, concurrent technology projects.

·         Experience facilitating meetings and discussions.

·         Ability to think analytically to identify gaps and ensure completeness of requirements.

·         Experience in the development of business process scripts and/or hands-on experience with the configuration of business applications.

·         Candidates must understand commercial/business flow in the pharmaceutical industry.

·         Possess strong RDBMS Concepts, SQL, Hadoop Concepts, Data Warehousing, SAS, R, Java programming.

·         Experience with cloud computing providers like Amazon Web Services (AWS)

·         Knowledge in Big data ecosystem tools - Hive, Impala, Pig, Sqoop, HBase, MapReduce and YARN.

·         Knowledge of Unix/ Linux OS and Unix / Linux shell scripting.

·         Experience with code versioning tools like GIT/SVN.

·         Candidate is responsible to provide Big Data related support predictive analytics team and team of data scientists.

·         Work or educational experience in the health care industry.

·         Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of employees including senior management.

·         Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

·         Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, and the ability to multi-task.

·         Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
