Position: Business Analyst

Location: Birmingham, AL

Duration: 6 Months Contract

MUST HAVE RISK AND COMPLIANCE EXPERIENCE

​Banking Industry​

 

 

Required skills:

•        3+ Years of relevant experience in participating in large multi-phased projects, in a Business Analyst position.

•        Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent business experience, in the field of Computer Science or Business Administration

•        Experience working with technical staff and line of business users, at all levels of the organization.

•        Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Project Office, Excel and other project management tools

•        Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and the software development/testing lifecycle (SDLC).  

•        Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.  

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.  

•        Motivated and assertive in learning and taking ownership of projects.  

•        Must possess good analytical skills, and have good written and oral communication.  

•        Self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.  

•        Good client interaction and presentation skills.  

 

Preferred Skills:

•        Experience in systems/business analysis, process modeling, process design, suggesting and implementing process improvements
