Re: PERNICIOUS AND RAMPANT RACISM IN AUSTRALIA

Mishe

I will like us to do some introspection. I was in Copenhagen in
September 2008 and kept playing hide and sick with a Danish Reporter
from Politiken Newspaper who wanted to know how Cameroon operates with
2 Constitutions. On our first meeting, I had told that lady that
Cameroun had one constitution but she told me bluntly that "The is the
1972 and 1996 constitution"
Then you have the learned ones like the Dr Owona Nguini telling the
world on TV that Minister's communique is enough to cancel a court
decision. But before people could digest that, you have a President
(Paul Biya) who drafts a law that gave immunity to Ministers. The very
appointed persons who manage scores of billion Francs CFA of the
taxpayers money. And when news go around that Cameroun's President is
out for almost 30 days somewhere in Europe siroping wine and
Champagne and that he has not presided over a ministerial meeting for
the past 12 or more months.

You can understand why once you present a Camerounian Passport at
Nairobi Airport, you are looked upon with scorn and forwarded to a
guard room if you are on transit. The same thing awaits you at Bankok
airport if you are on transit to Australia.

There is a saying in my language which goes as thus: Anerp murnnah Iso
ning. Meaning that what comes out of a house is taken outside.

That said, my own take on this is that we should start asking
ourselves what we have done to merit this.

See how for over 60 years some Africans deliberately accepted to work
for the french people by putting 60% of their earnings in the French
treasury (operations account)
