Key Responsibilities include:
· Designs, creates, tests and maintains a portfolio of dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
· Technical & design on Data warehouse for various Analytics & BI projects
· Execution of the Enterprise Data Architecture framework pertaining to the Business Intelligence.
· Analyzing the requirements and help in eliciting measurable key performance indicators (KPI) for the business processes.
· Creating and managing a repository.
· Creating & executing coding standards for DW, data quality, data governance processes addressing data provisioning & security, Software Quality processes, process catalogs and checklists
· Verifying and validating all the deliverable components before release to the Production Environment.
· Successful production release and version control of the code assets.
· Collating design, technical architecture, infrastructure architecture and other documents in appropriate repositories or collaborative tools for quick access.
· Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver various BI visualization solutions
Minimum Education and Skills Required for Consideration:
· Bachelor's Degree.
· 6+ years of experience in various verticals preferably oil & gas analytics, finance, business intelligence or a related discipline, including requirements gathering, testing and validation.
· 6+ years of experience with detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures (Inmon & Kimball)
· 7+ years in BI & Data visualization tools like Oracle OBIEE/BI Apps, Tableau, SpotFire or Qlikview with browser as well Mobile interface.
· 5 + years of experience in Executive Dashboards using balance score card methodology
· Familiarity with oil and gas related portfolio of applications is a big plus.
Preferred skills and experience:
· Demonstrate proficiency, formal training and / or certifications in one or more Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Spotfire, OBIEE, and BI Apps) required.
· Experience with PL SQL and programming languages like .Net, R and Python preferred.
· Experience in Data Modeling using tools like Erwin, ER Studio, and Visio.
