Phone and or Skype interview. Comm skills need to be strong (no mumbling or soft spoken people please..need to be confident)
We need 2 Ruby on Rails people who also have 2 years of Agile methodology experience
Need at least 2 years of Ruby on Rails.

Need 2-7 years of Ruby on Rails
Need 2-7 years Agile (Need at least two years of projects developed using the Agile development methodology)
(the people they have liked in the past had 4-6 years Ruby and 3-4 on Agile)
