Position:   IT - Voice / Data Network Consultant – Senior

Location:   Richardson, TX

Duration: 6+ months contract

 

Plymouth MN or Richardson, TX.

 

Local F2F, non Local Phone/Webex

 

 

 

Engineer/Architect

NICE Engage solution deployment

part of team

Collaboration of multiple teams in Contact Center Services

 

Responsibilities:

 

Work on NICE call recording (SIPREC) & analytics solution deployment (main)

Oracle Client interworking (main)

Oracle OCCAS interworking (plus)

Cisco ICM/CVP interworking (plus)

Avaya PBX (optional)

Network interworking (plus)

 

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?

NICE call recording & analytics.

Oracle/Acme Client.

 

What skills/attributes are a must have?

SIP and SIPREC working knowledge and experience is a must, preferably on Client and NICE integration. Oracle/Acme Client experience preferred.

 

What skills/attributes are nice to have?

OCCAS experience is definite plus.
