Position : Network and Desktop Technician

Location : New York City, NY

 Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in supporting network and desktop technical issues

Prior experience in help desk tier 2/3 position

 Prior experience in Microsoft Windows 7, 8 and 10 Operating Systems

Prior experience in Microsoft Office 2013 and 2016

Experience in supporting and maintaining commercial desktop diagnostic tools and security software packages

A+, CCNA or MCTS or MCITP certification
