My students remember me for talking to them in their language.  I teach them the way I understood as a student.  Simple and Easy to do/follow techniques (not in the books) which I developed in my college days and my uniqueness in using the methodology to make them interesting with activities relevant to the topic.  
I believe that "being simple" is the most difficult thing.
