I have not come across any professional software for OBE because of obvious reason that a customised software development appears to be somewhat odd. If, however,  one understands the essentials of OBE, it will be  simple to develop it through different modules based on even spread sheets application. But one has to put in sufficient time for such a development. What I would like to suggest that some modules can be developed phasewise over a span of 6 months (one Semester) provided one is able to measure the outcomes of theory and practical. The attachment shows some direction in the matter.

Questionpro seems to be a software for online surveys ( Maybe used for measuring stakeholders satisfaction)

How do measure  attainment level of course outcomes and program outcoms using direct assessment tools ?
