- 8+ years of demonstrable, practical hands on SOA experience.
- Strong IT background with testing Desktop and Web based applications.
- Strong experience in create test plans, test scenarios and test cases in a complex product environment
- Should be familiar with QA processes and practices in an Agile environment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively between technical and non-technical team members.
- Ability to determine defects priorities, and effectively manage and communicate the defects
- Proficient with TFS, MTM, and Visual Studio
- Must have strong mathematical and analysis skills.
- Development/Technical background with Microsoft technologies is a big plus
- Expertise in the software development lifecycle with proven examples of process improvement
