Re: [MTC Global] The game of leadership

Dear All,
There is no one theory, which can be suited for all conditions. It differs based context, membership, goal and environmental conditions. Similarly, in sports, it differs from sports to sports and specific context.
Human social behaviour is so complex and multi variate, it can not be deduced to one universal factor with precision.

If leadership was a sport or a game, what skills do you think are needed to play it? For example, in volleyball you have the serve, dig, volley and spike - what would you describe as the skills for the game of leadership?
