Thank you Prof. Waghodekar,
We choose conducted a study last year on Employability Skills of Teachers. In that context, we reviewed extensively research in this area. Incidentally, there was no study on teachers. All studies were employability in industry, business, commerce , etc.
Across such studies and some propositions, we found a basket of 32 skills. There are overlaps in terms of coining of terminologies of employability skills.
