Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Deadline: ASAP
The primary responsibilities for this role are focused on setting up the Data Analysis and Information Architecture. Additionally, the candidate must also be capable of providing project based implementation and mentoring services to customers.
Support Responsibilities:
• Performing data analyses; developing data flow diagrams and computational solutions as necessary to support the business units.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional specs for ETL and Report developers
• Providing expertise and support when implementing data results in ongoing business processes.
• Ensuring data quality and reliability, and providing feedback to business process owners and to the IT department.
• Identifying new data sources that will align data inputs and outputs to enable business processes for the various business units.
• Observing current systems and processes and interacting with appropriate personnel to collect and analyze information to support data modeling and analyses.
• Cross train team members for full knowledge coverage on team
• Help users identify and access appropriate data sources.
Candidate must be willing to perform outside of core skill set in order to complete requested tasks as well and may participate on projects or own the implementation of service requests providing any combination of the following
Unique Competencies:
• 10+ years of data analysis and interface mapping experience
• Industry experience in automotive industry and process, especially OEMs, a plus.
• Experience in SQL and Data Lineage is plus
• Willingness to pick up new skills or learn new processes as needed
• Process driven
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with fluency in the English language a must
• Interaction with client staff, including finance stakeholders, IT representatives, and project managers mean that excellent oral and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and time management skills are a must.
• This proficiency shall be demonstrated by meeting the following minimum requirements:

• BS Degree from an accredited University's Computer or Engineering Departments
